My son is entering his senior year at the University of Mn.
He is doing well in all courses (except Italian) and is set to graduate in May 2007. He is currently enrolled in a summer session (second semester) and is having difficulty. I suggested that he get outside tutoring to get him through. He needs two more semesters after this summer session in order to graduate. I am a beginner with very little prior knowledge of Italian. I am planning to live for a year in Italy as an ESL teacher and would like to be able to converse fluently with the Italian people in their language. I am looking for a teacher that will motivate me to work hard and be disciplined. I need to make good use of the short amount of time that I have to learn because I will be leaving for Italy in six months.
