I have visited Italy twice in last 2years to visit my friends and their families there. I want to learn the language so much, not only to be able to talk to them but also to understand the essence of Italy. I am a beginner to learn italian. Would like to start from scratch. I would like to take weekend classes on Saturdays and Sundays. Looking for a teacher who can devote personal attention to my learning and progress. If he/she is native italian, nothing like it.

I have learned basic Italian in the US while I was pursuing an undergraduate degree in economics. Now however I live in Bangalore and am looking to refurbish my knowledge of the language and perhaps learn to converse.
I am now pursuing a degree in medicine and so that leaves we with very little time to do anything else. Looking for a teacher who is flexible, reasonable and also practical.
