I am interested in learning Italian because my family background is of Italian origin. I would love to learn how to improve my grammar structure as well as being able to speak more confidently to my family members who are Italian.I would like to dedicate a few times a week to learning the language, I feel the more time I spend with learning, the more I will retain and remember. I am looking for a teacher who will give me the ability to be confident in my speaking and grammar abilities as well as giving me the gift of learning the new language to explore new possibilities .

My friend and I would like to work with a tutor one on one. We have both had the grammatical type of study and would like to explore a natural flowing style of teaching to gain confidence in speaking.
Her boyfriend is Italian and she would like to gain confidence in speaking with him and his family. I took Italian in college but had my head stuck in a book and have no real ability to speak freely.
We would like to take the session together so we can practice together. We would like a tutor for at least 1 hour, 1-2 days per week.
We are available in the evening and weekends, I work full time but if need be could skip away for one hour.

I have been self studying Italian for a couple of years due to the fact that my partner is from Italy. I have come to a stand still in what I am capable of learning from books/audio and I lack confidence in speaking. I therefore need a tutor who will help me gain this confidence and arrange structure around learning this language. I wish to spend around an hour a week to begin with to see if private tutoring is for me and to monitor how much I progress over the first couple of months. I wish for my tutor to be organised and encouraging and to arrange a structured course to suit my level.
