We (my husband and I) have begun to learn Greek as we intend to spend approximately 3-4 months in Greece. We want to learn both conversation and written Greek. We have not got further than the alphabet and basic introductions .
We are looking for 1.5 hours-2.0 a week when we are in the UK. We are both teachers so we do expect a certain level of teaching preparation/c reativity!

hi! I am born in the UK and am very fluent in English and Punjabi (speaking, listening, reading and writing). However, i wish to learn Hindi (i can listen and understand and speak basic hindi - i tend to revert to Punjabi which is practically the same spoken but need to become fluent in Hindi) can write 60-70% of Hindi (though very slowly) so half the job of the tutor is done! I am a student at Cass Business School, City University completing a degree in BSc Investment & Financial Risk Management and see the gaining of the hindi language as important for my future career in emerging markets (India is a sleeping giant to an extent). Also i believe learning Hindi will help me to understand my own Sikh culture and also improve my Punjabi as well. I wish to mainly improve my writing, reading and conversation skills (listening is good). I can dedicate upto 2-3 hours a week (depending on my degree work).
