The language in which I would love to learn is Italian. I am wanting to learn this because two years from now I plan on living there and I believe, to live there I would need to speak the language. My proficiency in this language is zero, none. I am a beginner, so I have to learn from the start, but I have two years to do so. What I really want to learn at the moment, at least spend the first year in just conversation. I would very much just like to learn how to speak it at first. I would actually like to spend at least two hours a day on the language, the more time I am around it and speak it, the more I can learn. So, as often as possible would be better and nice. The qualities I am looking in a teacher would be someone whom is willing to spend the time with me, to teach me. I can be a bit of a slow learner when it comes to learning a language but I do honestly try. I would also like a teacher whom can spend more one on one time with me, because I do have a lot of questions to ask at times. And I may have to go over something many times for me to finally get it down all the way, so a class room setting with more then one student would most likely annoy the others. So, a understanding teacher.

I like to study languages and have studied italian since prep and i am now year 10. i took up studying languages by myself at the end of year 8, when i had found my passion for literature and translating texts.
i am a beginner of latin as of last year, and only know a few sentences by teaching myself.
I would like to improve all areas of my latin knowledge, and look forward to doing so.
I will dedicate as much time as needed for my language sessions.
An d i am looking for a eager techer to help me learn, and help steer me in the direction i wish to head.

I have been studying Italian for 3 months at Floirence in Summer 2007 but since then not spoken it anymore. I would like to catch up on a regular basis not lazing too much emphasis on grammar during the lessons but more on concersation. The grammar I expect mzself to catch up on my own a bit.
The reason is truly from private nature therefore no business terms needed.
