To whom it may concern,
I would love to learn to speak Italian. I only know a handful of words. I want to learn to speak Italian so that I am able to speak to my husband who is South African Italian and to the rest of his family. Hi, my name is Marianne. I am a busy career woman working for a multinational company. I am wanting to learn Italian at a conversationa l level, with the view to becoming proficient in grammar and the written language as the next step. My current needs are purely social, although the potential exists for future business opportunities and possible relocation to Italy. I already speak, read and write a second foreign language. I am at the beginner level. I started private lessons but my tutor is no longer available so I need to find a new teacher. As my job involves travel I require flexibility and would not be able to fit in to a rigid class timetable. My preference is for weekend lessons, either private one on one, or a small group, with the proviso that there is opportunity to catch up 'missed' classes. I would consider evenings as well depending on location. I could manage one 2 hour session per week.

I am only a beginner. I attempt to teach myself how to speak another language, but struggle form time to time. I would like to learn another language so I can be well diverse in culture, future career employment, and better myself as a person. I am able to spend as much time needed in order to obtain the ability to speak another language. I am expecting to have a teacher who is dedicated in teaching that ability.
