Hi,
I am looking to increase my italian skills which are very basic at the moment. I have taken entry level italian courses. My reason for learning italian is my girlfriend is from Italy and I travel to Italy often with her. And I have a family wedding coming up in August later this year.
My goals are to re-inforce the grammer that I have already been exposed and continuously increase vocabulary. I would like 1.5 to 2 hours of lessons per week.

Hello,
I would be interested in attending a small Italian class in the Dallas area. My daughter lives in Italy and is getting married there this summer. I have been to Italy several times but I would be a beginner student. If I could find a good opportunity to start learning the basics I could build my vocabulary over time.
As to the qualities I would be looking for in a teacher. It would be great to find someone that had a nice outgoing personality and could make learning effective and fun. I do not know the best way to learn a language but it seems that some structure to the lessons would be important.
I would also be looking for classes that would be in the evening or on the weekend.
