My proficiency level in Italian is as a beginner.
I would like to learn the Italian language as I will be living and working in Rome for the next two years.
I will want to have one on one lessons with a qualified and hopefully native Italian teacher. Someone who is serious in the teaching of the language but also fun to work with. Has a good sense of humour and is open to creative ways of learning.
I would like to start with 4 hours per week for the next 6 weeks. After that I will see how well I have progressed to determine my requirements.

I am totally fresh to Italian. I want to learn Italian because I am involving in Fashion business and need a lot of trips to Italy and most of my customers are Italians. In order to be able to understand well the business environment and have better communication with my customers, I am obliged to learn. On top of that personally I like Italian also since my husband is half Italian-half Greek so that I can a lot of chances to communicate on daily base in order not to drop this language. I prefer to concentrate ONLY on the speaking & conversations instead of grammars. I can dedicate 4-6 hrs per week to learn Italian. I hope that my teacher will be strong in teaching conversations and the way of teaching to be full of humors in order for me to remember faster.
