I've come to Italy 6 weeks ago for work and will stay about a year. I would like to learn Italian to be able to communicate with the people that surround me, that is why I especially need to start talking (I understand a little already), but also need some grammar questions cleared.

Well I am a beginner, I am trying to self teach but it doesnt work very well for me. I love the Italian culture and everything about Italy especially the language and that is why i want to learn it. i really need help on every area really i know a couple words and have a basic understanding in reading it. i want to dedicate atleast 8 hrs a week to learning Italian. I really hope to find a teacher who is fluent and is very interactive with the student.
