My mother is Italian and I do know quite a bit but need a lot of brushing up, I have a 3.5 year old son that needs to start learning Italian and a fiance that also needs to lear italian. I have recently returned from vacationing in Italy and intend to return in the Spring for one month. I have no Italian, but wish to learn as much as possible before my return. I am a total beginner in learning Italian, although for the last 3 years I have been working in an italian company!!, My boyfriend is also Italian so I would really like to learn the language.
I would like to learn conversation Italian, general phrases/words to inable me to hold a conversation and to understand what is being spoken.
I would definately like to spend a few hours per week in learning this language, I will be in Houston for 3 months and in this time I really would like to learn something.
I would like someone who has patience when teaching, obvisouly learning a new languauge is always a little scary so someone who is willing to help me and not get frustrated would really help me with this..
