I have taken a few semesters in Italian during college, but it has been 2 years since then. I would like to brush up on converstional Italian since I am moving to Florence, Italy in January for more school. I would like to be tutored twice a week if possible for about an hour and a half. I am a beginner/inte rmediate italian learner. I understand what I read much better than what I hear. I need to learn to hear and speak properly as well as learn proper grammar. I would like to dedicate 3-4 hours a week to face to face lessons, and will work outside of these on my own.
For the teacher, I am looking for someone who can help the vocabulary and sounds stick in my mind and help me with pronunciation . Most of all, someone who is patient and has a sense of humor! I don't mind laughing at myself!
