I am interested in studying 3 languages:
1) Amharic- I lived in Ethiopia for a year (2003-2004) and studied some Amharic. Now I have forgotten much of it and would like someone to practice with, recall things that I once knew, and learn new things.
2) American Sign Language- I have taken 2 classes in ASL, know some vocabulary, but I have very, very limited ability to communicte. I would very much like to take a class that focused on communicating .
3) Spanish- I am a beginner.

I am a novice with nothing more than a desire to learn. I wish to learn sign language so that I may 'sing'. I have always wanted to be able to sing, but I know my limitations. I believe that by learning sign language I will not only be able to sing in a beautiful language, but be able to fulfill my dream of 'singing', and in the process have a skill that may help many of the handicapped individuals I long to relate to.

I am a beginner who really has no experience with sign language but I do have a family member who recently can only communicate through sign language and I would like to be able to communticate with her. I would like do learn an hour or two a week because I am extremely busy. I need a teacher who is easy to get to or that can come to me. A teacher who is patient because althought I am a quick learner I do need repetition to be able to retain the information.

I would like to learn japanese, I know very little and would like to start from the very begininng and to be able to speak the language fluently.
My main reasons are to learn another language and hopefully be able to teach it to others or even teach english in japan which would possibly blossim into a career
I would also like to make aware i do have learning difficulties. I am willing to put in a good few hours into the study. As for a techer he/she must be in open mind
