Hello there,
My name is Mike and I am looking for a teacher who can help me learn Swahili either from Kenya, Tanzania or D.R. Congo. I want to learn as i spent a lot of time in DRC but did not have the time to really learn properly how to speak or write Swahili, instead i had to concentrate on French.
I am still involved in many ways in the DRC so i would like to take this opportunity to learn more while im in Canada as it would help me to interact better now and in the future.
Even if you were able to link me with someone who speaks French and Swahili but not English im sure we could do a nice language exchange.

I am moving to Calgary starting in September and I would like to find a teacher or school which teaches Swahili. I am only just beginning but will be traveling to East Africa in the Summer of 2005 and would like to have basic proficiency.
