I have had english lessons in school (a german Gymnasium' for 9 years. I think i was something within mediocre and well. However i really want to learn real english, improve pronounciatio n , extend vocabulary and be able to talk without taking breaks to think of words or expressions that fit.
So im looking for a great teacher who could focus on my pronounciatio n and help me to improve. If it's possible i would prefer to learn the american accent, therefore a native speaker would be good.
Also i would like to sign up for cambridge tests at some point, which might give the teacher a kind of guide line if needed.
Woul d you be interessted in teaching me? Could you give me some information about the financial aspects?

My company is transferring me to Germany, and I would like to learn German as quickly as possible. I have some 'teach yourself' books and CD to start with, but I think I would learn much more in an instructor lead setting.
W e will most likely live near Regensburg and I'll work near Hohenfels.
I can speak VERY basic German (hello, goodbye, please, thank you, numbers 1-10, etc...) - my goal is to become very proficient in all aspects of the language (reading, writing, and speaking)
I would like to dedicate 2 days per week (in class) and I'll spend additional time at home.
The qualities I'm looking for in a teacher are - a good, patient, sincere, and confident teacher who can help me become a proficient German speaker.

I know a little Hebrew, but I would be starting out completely in Russian and Norwegian. The main purpose of my interest is personal and career advancement.
