I would like to know the price and times of availability to learn sign language. I am a beginner. I have never done sign language before and I have grown an interest in it. I would like to acquire a teacher whom is patient but effective. I am able to dedicate two to three evening periods each week to learn. I would like to become fluent in sign language.

Dear Sir/Madam
My name is Charles Ukah and I am a citizen of Nigeria living currently in Ecuador and spend most weekends in Cuba
I am interested to learn SIGN LANGUAGE, I have two cousins who are deaf and doom and they are attending some sign school. They can only communicate through sign language and this has made it very hard for me to communicate with them. They are most times under my care but i feel so bad that i am unable to communicate with them
I want to learn the sign language to be able to talk to my cousins.
What time is the course going to start? can I apply to do this course? will I be qualified? I studied philosophy at pontifical urban university in Rome Italy and also hold an advanced diploma in business administratio n from the united Kingdom.
I have a great proficiency in the writing and speaking of English language
