I am hoping to travel to Italy at the end of the year for an extended period and I am looking to learn and improve upon my basic Italian language skills.
I am a beginner, as it has been a long time since I sat and spoke italian to anyone and would need someone with patience and humor.
I am looking for grammar tutorial as well as easy conversation.

I want to learn Italian because of my heritage and I love learnign languages. I'm a beginning level student. I studied in Viareggio at the Centro Giacomo Puccini for two weeks in 2007 and completed 1A livello elementere. I'm interested in learning all areas of Italian with an emphasis on conversation. I can study 1:1 once a week for 2 hours. In addition I can spend several hours a day chatting, text messaging, calling or other forms of homework. I'm looking for a teacher that preparees well for lessons.
