I plan to come to Rome in September for 6-8 weeks to Study Italian. I am a beginner and most likely would like private lessons. I'd like to learn conversation most important. I will spend most of my time studying while there. Id like an experienced teacher whos available 6 days a week for lessons.

I am a Software Engineer by profession. Foreign cultures and its diversity has always intrigued me. It's not surprising since I was born in a country (India) with a culture and customs that are varied, diverse, colourful and ancient. I have a
heart that discerns knowledge and ears that seek out for wisdom. And what better way to grow as a human being than to learn about other cultures. After all, life is too short and we live in a trouble world that needs compassion and understanding of our fellow human beings. My goal is to learn at least 3 foreign languages; Italian, Portuguese and French.
And I hope to find teachers who first and foremost are passionate and excited about teaching and who will teach me not just the language but also the arts, customs, social etiquettes, etc.
