I am working and living in Marseille for the next five months and would like to take the opportunity to improve my french. I am able to speak a little and read a bit also, but I would really like to practice with someone to be able to string whole sentences together for a conversation. I need to improve in all areas of French. I am hoping to spend a few hours a week with a teacher, preferrably one on one.

I am interested in improving my french language skills because I would like to explore an opportunity to work in France and also because I have taken french through all of high school and would like to be able to speak it fluently. I can comprehend most written, and I can get the idea behind most conversations , but my speaking is not really good. The area that I would like to most improve in would be in conversationa l French. I would like to be able to have 2 1 hour lessons a week, preferably early evening, if possible. In a teacher I would like someone with structured lessons in the begining, and I would like to build to more of a conversationa l, not so structured lesson, using mostly verbal communication .
