I was a lawyer in China, and has been in senior management positions and training business for over 15 years.
I spent a lot of time on ancient Chinese wisdom study, and also keen on the study of psychology and human behavior. All of this is comes together in my training and consulting business.

Our method is based on the communicative approach and the multiple intelligence theory. According to the first one, although grammar is necessary, it is not the main focus. Both teachers and students pay attention to all the abilities: writing, listening, reading and last but not least SPEAKING. The latter theory suggests that all humans are able to learn a second language and it is the teacher's responsibilit y to adapt their teaching program to meet all the types of intelligence of their students.
