Dov'e sei? Io abito negli stati uniti. Sono d'origine Italiana. Quando ero giovane, abitavo in un quartiere italiano vicino a New York City. I miei nonni sono nati in Italia. La Zia era una brava cuoca e lei mi ha detto una ricetta autentica per 'Cheesecake'. Non è troppo difficile ma c'e vuole tempo.
Vuoi la ricetta in inglese, come me l'ha data lei?

Hi Flavia,
I am a Japanese girl who really love Italian foods.
I like the pesto/genovese so much, and also use `Cilantro' instead of Basil for making that.
If you have not had that,plz try to make it!

Ricetta per la crosta della pizza
Ho mangiato la pizza squisita a Lucca. La crosta era sottile e croccante. Vorrei una ricetta per fare la crosta come questa e per una salsa di pomodori di base. Parlo piccolo italiano. Così, gradirei la ricetta in inglese se possibile.

i can share with you a lot of italian recipes and i would like to practise english and learn recipes from all over the world... if there is anyone interested in practise italian it could be a good way to do it...i will give you the recipe written in italian and from the success of your dish you will understand your language skill at the same time..

I would love a recipe for really good Spagetti Bolognese!!! All the restaurants food here is awful and I haven't had the authentic dish since I lived in Norway oddly enough!

Hi! Here's my pizza recipe:
Ingredients for dough: 250 g wheat flour, 3 spoon olive oil, 10 g brewer's yeast, a cup of warm water, salt. Blend the flour with oil, salt and crumbled yeast. Add warm water and knead until the yeast are melted. Continue kneading until the dough is soft and well blended. Put it in a bowl and wait for an hour. Extend the dough on a baking pan.
Under the pizza you can put what you prefer. Tomato sauce, some basil leaves and pieces of fresh cheese (we use Italian cheese mozzarella or stracchino) it's a simple and tasty way to prepare your pizza, but you can use vegetables, fish, ham, sausages and so on.
Bake your pizza in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
