Wich country?
Hi!! ^^
I would like to know what country is better for a person that want to learn English. Canada, USA, Australia, England...? (where people accept better foreigners, where's cheaper...)

Both Canadian and Australian are friendly to foreigners.
For cheaper cost and better weather, I would suggest Australia.
For higher standard learning, I would suggest England, but higher cost as well.
USA would not be in my consideration as racial discrimination and bullying at schools are a lot more serious than in the other three countries.

Hi. I live in the US. Racial discrimination is not really that big of a deal. It is a big country, if you were to go to a smaller town it might be more of an issue. However, most people are accepting. And if you go to a big city, you might be a foreigner but you might actually end up being part of the majority.

People of USA are very accepting to foreigners. I live in the United States and am in a relationship with a man who just moved here from Germany, shows that not all Americans discriminate. Americans will treat you as you treat them.
