Management of Sales and marketing of Stencils and metal parts for Contract manufacturers and OEM in the USA and Mexico markets , manage the Guadalajara accounts as Jabil/Solectron/Sanmina/Flextronics /Pemstar, among others ,provide a customer support and field supervision of sales and customer needs, develop new customers , marketing of thin metal parts and new products introduction development . Project supervisión of the SMT manufacturing PCBa´s,Semiconductors & PC & DBS Box assembly ,in the supply chain materials quality assurance areas , evaluate and development of national & local suppliers for the comodities of plastics injection ,printed graphics ,packagins ,stamped metals ,molding ,software , saving with this up to 7% in shipping costs and acelerating response time on delivery ,perform PPAP & R & D changes evaluation. r Customers:as PACE (UK) ,IBM Gdl MX & Raleigh ,Lucent,On Semiconductor s. Coordination and management of 12 Inspectors & 3 comoditie engineers ,as Auditor leader assure the aplication of the ISO ,TL9000, QS9000 norms,train personnel on I/R activities and objectives achievevement, getting as result the customer satisfaction,personnel qualified and company QS9000 certification audited by UL . Set up and instalation of the Incoming Metrology area with top of the line equipment for correct inspection , of metals ,plastics,SMT passives,memories,Semiconductors,microprocessors ,silicon wafer ,packagins , document operation procedures and personnel training personnel for its administration ,correct operation and apliactions of AQL,MIL STD,C=0 ,Specifications sheets ,drawings, templates ,IPC . Monitoring as SQE suppliers and materials of comodities as Optics ,Laser devices ASIC´s ,Semiconductors, IC´s ,Metal Stamping ,PCB´s, rise and follow CAR´s / 8D´,evaluate production and QA procedures from suppliers,management of comodities on BusinessUnit projects : Telecomunications,Computing,Networking. creation of inspection routes, train personnel and perform FMA´s on production lines to assist CF teams , negotiate RMA´s and Feed back results to customers and operations Mg , interact with procurement teams of Singapoore/China/Batam ,US , to prevent recurrency of events, customer support to Nortel,Compaq,Dell Motorola,Mitsubishi,HP,Ericcson ,Qualcomm ,Apple projects . As a product enginner coordinate the project team for DELL & Texas Instrument projects,keeping updated Enginneering changes and AVL & Bill of materials revisions, FTP to download & Plot gerbers, FAB files for fixtures design and QA templates,coordinate Pilot runs and controled evaluation of components, apply Design of Experiments to find root causes of SMT poor soldering of SODIMM connectors,suggesting OEM and supplier the change of epoxic resins to increase thermal tolerance of the component, saving with this 8% of production in scrap,reworks,customer complaints and speeding process with step up stencils. Evaluate new products ,connectors,components ,lables,Inks,test laser marking for BIOS memories. Manteniance and repair as IT Technnician IR Laser photofilm developers (lynnotronics) wire UPS pwr and LAN , set up , configuration and manteniance of Plotters,PC´s repair ,assembly & software and pheripherals configuration. Satellital Uplink/Downlink setup and monitoring for Videoconferences customer: Bank of America, installation of VSAT data terminals, Instalation and manteniance, diagnostic ,repair of electronic equipment..
