Details: I am well familiar with the policy and scientific achievements of the United States, Europe, Russia, China and other UN member-states. I believe that I can work successfully in a position in administration, teaching or research fields. For decades I have prepared myself to work with the major international issues in a senior position in the United Nations. I have comprehensive knowledge in philosophy, history, administration and international relations. For decades I specialized in global management. I elaborated on a theory of global management and have also developed suggestions on United Nations reform. RESUME OBJECTIVE: Manager, director, political analyst, advisor, counselor, researcher, professor, lecturer, coordinator and other if possible in the international field. GENERAL EXPERIENCE: I am a member of the Philosophic Society of the Russian Academy of Science. I have thirty-five years of research experience in the field of international relations. I participated in more than fifty international scientific conferences in Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Armenia, Australia, and Japan. For five years (1996 - 2000), I conducted scientific research in the field of international relations at United Nations University in Tokyo, where I took part in many international scientific conferences, seminars and forums. In 1976-80, I was a lecturer in the All-Russia Society Znaniye (Knowledge), speaking on international relations in palaces of culture, at factories, in scientific research institutes and even on military ships. As a translator I participated in the Poznan International Trade Fair representing the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the USSR, 1966, Poland.
