Details: I am a well-qualified teacher of English with five-year teaching experience at secondary school level and two-year work for the Teacher Training College in Torun, Poland (teaching phonetics with elements of phonology, and writing). I am a graduate of the Teacher Training College and the University of Nicolaus Copernicus (specialisation in cognitive linguistics) in Torun, Poland. I have also completed one-year studies for translators (specialisation: translating technical, legal and business texts). I have completed a number of courses on methodology and techniques applicable in the classroom. This year, I am starting work as lecturer at the postgraduate studies for translators in Toruñ, as I'm also beginning to teach descriptive English grammar and introduction to linguistics at the Teacher Training College in Torun, Poland. I am looking for a teaching job in the UK. |
