Details: I am the Operations Manager for an outdoor swimming centre in Adelaide during the summer season from August to March. I am responsible for the entire running of the centre including all the accounts for debtors and creditors, rostering 30 staff made up of receptionists and life guards. I maintain the plant and equipment, organise functions and activities, liaise with the general public, schools and clubs, organise supplies for the canteen and ensure the pool area and the canteen area is operating efficiently and profitably. During the winter season this year I worked as a swimming instructor at an indoor swimming centre on the Gold Coast and I put more efficient office systems into place. I am 28 years of age, and I have lifeguard and swimming instructor accreditations. I am keen to work for a few months from about May to July in Japan. |
