I am a Real Estate Broker in Ca USA. I mountain bike, dirt bike, boat and stuff like that. I know very little spanish but we love going to baja and i want to be able to communicate better. i also have clients that spanish is there first language and it would be great to be able to communicate better with them. I mostly want to work on my verbal communication.
