I am learning a foreign language because I would like to pursue a career with it when I am older. I would also like to communicate and understand with friends and their families and have shown a distinct interest progressively in them within the past few years..
I am a beginner for all, although I do know some basics for Russian I do have friends that can practice with me outside of the class but they cannot dedicate their time to teach me nor do i spend enough time around their families to learn the language..
I would like to dedicate a steady time at least twice a week to learn one of the languages if not two languages through the week..
I take Spanish (2nd year)in school, understand it fairly well and will continue to learn the language further. It has been very easy separating the languages when learning new words from my friends and the internet exercises. Reason why I believe I can learn two new languages at once.

I want to learn how to read and write Urdu. I can speak the language fairly well as I speak the language with my parents who are from Pakistan. I now want to enhance my understanding of the language purely from a knowledge and social understanding aspect.
I am looking to develop at a fairly good pace with a view to at least two, possibly more hours, per week dependent on how I may progress.

I can speak conversationa l Egyptian Arabic but broken, not fluent. I'm an Egyptian-Amer ican and would like to become proficient in Arabic (Egyptian dialect, not fusha) and would like to teach my children Arabic as well.
Idea lly I would like someone to teach my two girls (age 6 and 3) with me, and would dedicate at least an hour a week (if I can afford it).
I want someone who speaks English well and who also can teach grammar, conversation and spelling. I prefer someone who is not religious in orientation.

I want to learn Arabic as I've come to find out that it is a language in demand,especi ally in many government careers in which I have been interested in. I recently went to Egypt (stayed two months) and was completely blown away with the country and it's culture. I now more than ever I want to learn Arabic. I am a beginner and I am willing to dedicate a couple of hours each day to the lessons. I need an instructor that will help me learn the language not just by memorizing but by knowing the reasoning behind certain pronunciation s and sentence structures. Also, I'm looking for an instructor that makes the lesson interesting and fun. When I get bored, I tend to lose focus.
