I lived in Turkey for 1 year and would like to improve my knowledge of the language. I would say I am a beginner but with some knowledge. I would like to become fluent in the language for job placement opportunities . I need improvement in sentence format and vocabulary, particularly more business and political vacabulary. My son lives in Madrid permanently with his family. We visit at least once a year. I have trouble understanding ordinary conversation and speak very poorly. I read fairly well and know most of the rules of grammar. I can devote many hours to learning. I am looking for a teacher who will either come to my house or meet me at a location that does not involve more than 30 minutes of travel. I am looking for a native Spanish language speaker, preferrably someone who has had experience teaching adults.

I am looking to learn a new languange and Italin as has always been a favorite of mine. I do not have any backround in the language, so I will be a total beginner. I plan on learning multiple languages, and this will be the first. I want to learn how to write, speak, and do everything in each language. I will be able to devote as much time as the teacher would feel needed.
The main thing i want in my teacher, is patience and I want him/her to actually want to teach me, not just look me as a their job.
