I am a complete beginner when it comes to Korean...to the extent that I do not even know a single word or character. I have always had a great interest in learning languages and have recently made it my quest to learn at least a conversationa l level of Korean. Although I am interested in writing and reading Korean (as I am a visual learner and understand that those skills would help me to obtain a greater grasp on the language) it is mainly basic conversationa l skills that I am looking to learn in the immediate future.
I am seeking a native Korean speaker with previous teaching experience and would be looking to meet about once a week (though I would also appreciate having a decent amount of homework assigned).

I am probably at a beginning level for vocabulary in MSA and a intermediate/ advanced level for grammer in MSA. I know very little egyptian arabic (i lived there for a summer, so i needed enough to get by)
I am interested in near east studies for academic purposes.
I need improvement in building vocabulary and conversation.
I am looking for a teacher who challenges me and uses conversation extensively. i would eventually like to only speak arabic in lessons. i don't just want to learn words because i can do that on my spare time. an added bonus would be to learn more about arabic linguistics, a particular subject I am very interested in.

I am a 2nd year proficiency level Mandarin Chinese student. I am still a beginner and have not studied for three years now, but I can still carry simple conversations . I would like to continue my education in Mandarin and become fluent. I would also like to continue to learn hanzi. Eventually, I would like to go to China and do some film, so my language skills need to be quite good. I study very hard and am looking for someone to push me. My days are open for the most part. I do have the occasional audition, but normally not before noon. I would like to meet at least twice a week and work at an intense level. Of course, the teacher would need to set the speed at which we learn, but I am dedicated to this and would like to push my own limits. Please email me your teaching style and what kind of environment I can expect. Also, what the cost of studying under you would be. I'm looking forward to hearing from you.
