Hello. I am trying to learn very fluint Croatian. I am somewhat of a beginner. I know the pronounciatio ns of the alphabet and simple words and phrases. The reason I want to learn Croatian is that my girlfriend is Croatian and none of her family speaks english, therefore, I have no way of communcating with her family. She and I have plans for the future together and communicating with her family is very important. I would like to be fluint in all aspects of the language as much as possible. My schedule changes quite a bit, but I would like to spend a lot of my time in learning the language so that I would learn faster and have a better understanding of the language. However, I may be moving to Ft. Myers, FL in the next few months with her. In a teacher, all that I would really ask is for patience and being able to explain the rules of the language on why some things are said the way they are or what the rules are in why you change the text or grammar of the words. Also, in a teacher, speaking freely with one another to become a trustworthy friendship is important. Thank you for you time. Please, help me.

I would be a beginner and I want to learn the language for career advacement, I could devote 10 to 20 hours a week towards learning of this language. Looking for a teacher that can do both in person classes as well as online. I hope to find one in which I could travel to for 3 days of in person teaching then follow up with 2 weeks of online teaching then repeat the in person. This is just a loose idea would be open to any other suggestions of what my work better.

I am at beginner level in Japanese. I know a little more than absolutely nothing... I can identify words such as 'Attack' and 'Idiot' and 'Dangerous' but that's not really helpful in the real world.
I have nothing to do, so I'm willing to dedicate eight hours a month to language studies.
I'm looking for a teacher, preferably female, who has a pleasant and patient attitude. I'm really shy so I need a teacher who's quite 'gentle'... more like a very knowledgeable friend than just a teacher. If she knows anything about improving the sound of my voice, that would be great.

I am a beginner Portuguese speaker. I would like to take lessons to be able to conversate before I take a trip to Brazil as well as for singing purposes (I love Brazilian music and since I sing, I wanted to connect better to the language). I would like to take at least one lesson per week.
