Namaste! ...and you've just read the extent of my Hindi knowledge. However, I am hoping you can help me change that. Obviously, I'm a beginner, and would like to learn because I am planning a visit to India next year. Although I know they speak English also, I would like to know a little, or better yet, a lot, of their native tongue.
I need direction in all areas, and welcome anyone who is fluent in Hindi. Thanks!

I am native English speaker, but I have taken Spanish and French, although, I would consider my proficiency in those languages as very basic.
I am interested in learning German for personal use, as my fiancee is a native German speaker. She is bilingual, however, her family and friends in Germany are not, and I would like to be able to communicate proficiently with them.
She has been working some with me, but at this time, she is currently overseas finishing her studies, so it is hard for me to learn at such a distance.
I am willing to put in no less than 2 hours a week into one on one learning and more in independednt study.
I am a visual learner, and learn faster by doing/experie ncing over reading. I prefer to work with someone who is laid back and of course, friendly.

Hello-
I am a beginner, only have heard it use in front and on T.V. I would love to learn the language to help me further my career. I will pretty much need the whole learning experience. Also I am very dedictated to learning this language and will do what is necessary (depending on my work sch.) to learn and speak it properly.
I would like for my tutor/teacher 1 thing Patients that all I ask for and of course One who is nice and knows the English language well.
