I am a languages teacher in La Paz. I have taught Spanish for 20 years now and have taught English before that also. I have worked as a free lance, teaching only Spanish for such a long time. I created a private Spanish school a few years later I started teaching, and I got a great part of my students through my school's website, travellers' guidebooks and multiple recommendatio ns as well.
Conseq uently, I have a lot of experience teaching Spanish to foreigners. I developed my own particular teaching style by having pleasant conversations and discussions with my students during the lessons and transmitting them my knowledge of the language to thousands of them all of this time.
I think that my teaching method and style has been quite effective with most of the students who approached to me looking for Spanish instruction and I feel I have done a great job contributing with the growing population of Spanish speakers in the world, who speaks Spanish as a second language.

As an institute, we have hired a variety of teachers with a range of approaches, because we have found that one-approach- fits-all does not go. Each student is different, and suits a different teacher and a different programme and approach. One of our teachers does not use text-books, he really encourages the student to speak speak speak and in a uniquely efficient way he gets anybody to speak fluently very fast.
