Christmas / Noel
How do you celebrate Christmas in your country, or in your family since I guess not all families celebrate the same way all over the country. In Germany we celebrate Christmas in the evening of 24th December. The families get together, have dinner, light the Christmas tree and some candles and give each other the presents. Most families also go to church but we don't do in anymore. Since I never go to church, what sense is there in going there just this night? It does not mean I do not believe in God. But I think God can be anywhere not necessarily in church. Usually on 25th December the families get together again for lunch.
