Details: Regarding my experience in Hong Kong, I am working as a clerk and customer service representative in HSBC for past 8 years. Regarding as office routine job such as the filing, telephone contact, typing, computer data entry, ¡Ketc. Also, be included. After HSBC, I have also worked to another field as a Tele-researcher at the market research consultant, at that field I found that further skills of the personal communication with the customer. Till now with the directly food and beverage services at the restaurant. In the know of the customer service, no matter at anywhere, customer service is in prior. With consider of my working history, I wish to give my decent attempt, hard working and willing to learn to earn your acceptance aside from my old banking job and currant Restaurant services. However, I have no ideas where would I be or what will I do, by enclosed tiny experiences.At the mean time, I would like to learn more from it. I am confident that I will be able to perform my duties to your entire satisfaction and with well training to your company. For employers from overseas, As a matter of course to working overseas for me is a tremendously hardes thing to do, because my native language is Cantonese and never have expereince with fully western envirolment.
