Charlotte, NC Area Warehouse Manager • Began as warehouse assistant with no previous experience, recovered six thousand dollars in lost equipment and moved to Area Warehouse Manager within two months. • Effectively tracked equipment and installation stock altering average loss from one to three thousand a month to zero loss for the remaining year and a half of operations in Charlotte. • Trained, Managed, and created all warehouse procedure, employee activities, and inventory tracking systems for all locations. Effectively tracked all company owned vehicles, kept inventory of tools and uniforms for all locations. • Created inventory command module for new software to be developed for use in all Hybrid locations such as Charlotte, Winston Salem, Baltimore, Fayetteville, and New Jersey. • Established a professional relationship with new location MSO’s and or representatives to clarify location specific procedure in order to effectively train new warehouse managers. 2001–2004 Take Form Architectural Graphics Medina, NY CNC Programmer / Operator / Shift Supervisor • Began in fabrication, started training on CNC machine within 3 months, moved to fulltime programmer and operator within six months, and became shift supervisor within a year. • Learned to buff, laminate, and care for adhesive spray gun. • Supervised all areas of the work place from fabrication, programming, to engraving. • Implemented new CNC programming and fabrication process to create cost savings, and deadline stability. • Worked with design department in Reviewing and implementing changes to schematics and electronic files to improve productivity and meet deadlines. 2000–2001 Barden Homes Middleport, NY Laborer • Worked on a line building interior and exterior walls for new homes. • Laid out and built angle walls. • Laid out header and footer for stud and window placement on interior and exterior walls. • Worked with nail gun, staple gun, router, skill saw, chop saw, reciprocating saw and hydraulic lift. 1998–2000 RGM Heating & Air Conditioning Lockport, NY Installation • Worked with installation of gas forced air furnaces, gas boilers, hot water tanks, central air conditioning, gas fireplaces and Unico air conditioning systems. • Basic job functions included running line set for air conditioning units, installation of thermostat line to air conditioning unit and or furnace, installation of new thermostat, threading blank iron gas line, installation of black iron gas line, installation of flexible gas tite gas line, sheet metal transitions, installation of whip and disconnect, installation of power from service entrance panel to disconnect and or furnace, Soldered copper hot water pipes from boiler, and brazed line set to condensing unit. • Worked with overflow service calls and occasional 24-hour emergency service.
