My wife and I are looking for someone who can help us learn to speak Italian fluently. I am from an Italin family, and my whole family can speak it except me. I would consider my wife and I beginners. We are planning to move back to my fammilies village in a few years, and I need to speak the language perfectly by then. We can only spair one or two days a week, and we realize that this may be a long term project. My wife and I need to learn to speak, read, and write Italian. I learned spanish in high school but haven't had much other chance since then. I want to learn arabic, portuguese, german, and mandarin. I'm going to Japan in the summer of 2012 for a study abroad program, and I have to be able to be somewhat proficient in the language (both speaking and writing). I know literally only a few words, so I need major help. Right now, college and working is a major part of my life, so I can meet about every two weeks until about the end of the Fall 2011 semester. After that, I can switch to every week.
