I am interested in learning Brazilian Portuguese because I plan to move there within the next 6 months. I speak some French and a little German. Would prefer a classroom environment; however, would also consider one-on-one instruction from a native speaker. I cannot speak a word of Portuguese but am a fast learned and have an ear for languages. My goal is to be able to speak the language...co nversation. Don't care if I can read or write fluently. My significant other and his whole family fluently converse in Farsi. I have picked up some words and phrases over the years, but I do not know enough to make up sentences or fully understand/ho ld a conversation. I am travelling overseas to meet more of his family and wanted a crash course, if possible, in conversationa l Farsi. I'm interested in the basic nouns, verbs, conjugations, grammar etc. I have learned other languages through formal classes so I believe I would be a quick learner.

I have learned Japanese since I was 10th grade in high school.
And currently, I am a Freshman in University of Massachusetts Amherst and
have taken Japanese 126 and Japanese 246. (intermediate level)
I am planning to take the next level which is japanese 326 (high intermediate)
and I want to study Japanese intensively during the summer and I want to
take JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test) level 4. I am very interested in
Japanes e and I also like Japanese culture. I have been a good student in
Japanese class since high school and have always earned high grades.
I want to spend about 1.5 or 2 hours on Japanese lessons and improve my skills
further. :) Thank you for your concerns
