I am extremely serious about becoming fluent in the Spanish language. I have taken classes in high school, college and beyond but I feel that I need a more intensive schedule. I suppose I am on an intermediate level.
My hope is to learn enough Spanish to use it in a more beneficial way at work, as I am a high school social worker working with the hispanic population. Additionally, I would like to use the language for personal reasons, as I travel a great deal in Mexico, the Carribean and South America.
M y brother and his family live in Jerez. My plan is to spend this summer (July and/or August) there. I would have access to a car and am willing to stay in Zacatecas if necessary. My sister is also considering doing this with me.
If there are no intensive courses available, I would be interested in tutoring a few hours a day, a few times a week. Conversationa l spanish is where I need the most work. I would prefer a tutor who also spoke English. Thank you.

I am looking for someone to teach myself and/or my 4 year old son. I want us to learn as a way of broadening his ability to communicate with people in other cultural settings. If you are not interested in teaching a child i would like to learn then teach him once i get home. I started teaching him as an infant from books but once he started speaking i could not keep up with learning the sign for each individual word. I haev a very flexible schedule and therefore am willing to work in whatever setting is best for whomever is willing to help us out.

i am filipino and i am around mostly ilocano speaking people. yet i want to learn tagalog since its the national language of the philippines.
i want to learn it because i want to be able to communicate with my cousins easilly.
i need help with the whole lanuguage, i no very little and i espicially need help with grammar and conversation. i know a little ilocano but i can moslty just understand and dont know how to respond back.
i can dedicate lots of time to my lanuguage lessons since i am so motivated in leaning.
