Beginner desirous of learning French as intention is to relocate to Victoria British Columbia and the Canadian citizenship is granted on a point system which I qualify for if I am fluent in the French language. I seek live instruction preferably an aggressive approach and I can dedicate as much as 5 hours per week to this endeavor. I seek a knowledgable instructor with some institutional teaching experience who is skilled in not only one on one instruction but can provide materials useful in 'speeding up' the process via my self study as well.

I have very little proficiency at Russian -- I only know a few words.
My wife is from Ukraine, and although she speaks excellent English, I would like to learn Russian.
I deally, I would like a formal class.
I will work better if I can have lessons on a schedule, with assignments.. . It's just too hard to 'do it on my own' in my spare time, because all of my spare time gets filled with something...

I am interested in learning conversationa l Italian. I will be traveling to Italy this Spring and would like to learn enough to be able to speak with the locals and travel comfortably. I am at a beginner's level and am ready to begin learning as soon as possible. Depending upon cost, I would like to take lessons weekly or every other week.
I would hope the instructor has spent some time in Italy so I could also learn more about the cultures of various regions.
