I am interested in learning Russian, as I work with many Russian patients. I will be a beginner. I need to know conversive Russian, more than written, although I learn well visually. I would like to have a lesson once or twice/week for one hour at a time if that is possible but you probably know more than I do about this.
I would like a patient teacher with a flexible schedule. I would like in person classes with a few other students, at most. It would be nice to have a native-speaki ng teacher, also.

I would love to learn, Thai language, for many reasons. I recently have gotten married, and my wife is from Thailand. She also graduated from Assumption University. We plan to visit her family this year, i would love to be able to speak with them in their native language. I speak no thai but I understand the sifferent tines and sounds. I am a beginner. I would to dedicare as much time as I can such as 4 to 5 days a week. I would like for my teacher to be patient and alao very friendly, for the fact i will be traveling for my lessons. I live 2 hours from Dallas. My wife would be proud of me.

I am most interested in learning Russian at this time because this summer I am visiting Russia and Ukraine for a month. I want to be able to carry at least a brief conversation with my acquaintances and function going about my travels. I would say that I currently have a very small vocabulary of about 100-150 words as a base to start with, but not really able to form significant sentences. I can count to ten easily, say basic pleasantries, and very basic statements such as: I don't know, I understand, Where is the bank?, etc.
I would like to try to attempt 4 hours of instruction a week until I leave for Russia in mid May. It means a lot to me to learn as much as I can before leave. I am looking for an experienced tutor that has a flexible schedule.
Other than that I also am anticipating travel in South America and looking for possible instruction Spanish and Portuguese. And furthering my education in China, most likely will be looking into Mandarin instruction as well.
