I am a beginner in German. I wish to further my language skills because my boyfriend, whom I met at the University of Tampa, is from Germany, and I want to learn his native language. I picked up some words when I visited Germany 3 times this year, but I have never taken a class and I need to learn specific sentence structuring. I plan to move to Germany this year, and attend International University in Heidelberg. I have a lot of time to dedicate to language lessons. I would like to learn casual, everyday German. I don't need to learn formal German. I hope to find a teacher that will ease my transition in moving to a foreign country.

My brother and I are seeking a Portugese class/teacher for either classroom or individual tutoring. We both love the language, and have studied it on our own for several years. I think we would be considered somewhere between beginner and intermediate. We also hope to visit Brazil very soon.
We intend to start immediately, as time is a major factor for us. We would be willing to meet at least once a week, or even more depending on the tutor's time. We are looking for someone enthusiastic about the language. We are willing to travel anywhere in the Dallas area for class.

I am looking to learn how to speak Bulgarian fluently. I am married to a Bulgarian man and I would like to be able to speak to his family and get around in Bulgaria when we travel there. I have had NO luck finding a school or a teacher so far. I have 'teach yourself' books, but I find them poorly written and I am the type of person who needs to hear it spoken to me correctly.

I know about 150 words, but only a couple of sentences.
Q: Why you are learning your foreign language?
We are looking to be able to make simple conversation in Russian to communicate with friends and business contacts in their language.
Q: How much time you want to dedicate to your language lessons
A: It would be best during the day (~11:00am)
Q: What qualities you are looking for in your lessons or in your teacher
A: I speak Spanish fluently so I've learned another language before and know that I can learn the grammar and conjugation rules on my own. I'm looking for someone to teach us how to converse so I'd be looking for learning nouns and simple verbs. The teacher should be friendly and fun to be around as my wife likes to joke a lot and a relaxed atmosphere is much more conducive to learning.
