My family is from Moldova, and we are a Russian family so I only learned Russian in addition to English. I go back to Moldova alot and I want to be able to speak Romanian to them, since its their first official language. I am a beginner, I do not know very much. I want to learn the language particularly for speaking and being able to have a conversation. I am willing to spend as much time on language lessons as the teacher is willing to teach! The teacher should be fluent and have some idea of how to teach Romanian well and correctly! Thanks!

I am a beginner learning romanian, I have purchased the pimsler approach and am almost through the 10 cd audio lessons. I am going to be moving to Romania to be with my wife who is from romania; at the end of the year. I need to become proficient and would like to be able to read and write by the end of the year. I can dedicate 3 hours a day to my studies and I need all the help I can get. Can you help? or can you refer me to someone that can help me?

Hello,
I have been resident in UAE over the past 6 years and have not had the opportunity to learn the Arabic language yet. Althought I have been interested somehow my work schedule and travel restrictions did not allow me to learn. I have recently moved to Dubai from Abu Dhabi where I was living for 6 years and have taken over a new responsibilit y in my firm.
This responsibilit y expects me to deal with many Arabic speaking people. I feel very in-confident when they discuss details in Arabic and I am not able to follow.
As I am working I would prefer lessons on Saturday and in the evening. I have no prior knowledge of the language. I am ready to dedicate 4-6 hours a week for the courses.
I am looking for a teacher who can work with me face to face such that I can improve my conversationa l skills on the language. I teacher should have ample experience in the region and a lot of patience.
I do have other friends who would also be interested in learning the language with me. So we can form a group and meet at a common location for the lessons.
