I have spent five months in the Czech Republic and I am moving back a few months after I graduate from college to work with teenagers and possibly teach english to high school students through english clubs. I know very basic words and phrases, as well as some pronunciation . I would probably only be able to recieve tutoring for three or four months, so I would like to gain more basic understanding for everyday practical conversations and some grammar.

I have never learned Thai before. I would like to know about the culture and the language because my mother is Thai. Unfortunately , our attitudes are too similar to work well for learning! We do plan on going back to her village in the next few years, so I would like to learn before I go. I can dedicate 1-2 days a week for lessons, will have to practice on my own otherwise. I would enjoy group lessons also if possible.
