I am at a beginner level. I recognize most of the alphabet and I also know numbers. I would guess I am the equivalent of a Kindegarten student. I have been using Rosetta Stone online. But, I would like to work with someone in person. I would like to have at least one in person lesson per week and would like at home work as well.
I am learning Hebrew because I am marrying an Israeli and would like our children to learn the language and speak it in the home. I am Jewish, but I have not had formal Hebrew classes other than the basic prayers.

I was born in India, but grew up in America. I have always wanted to learn how to read, write, and speak hindi. I am a beginner. I know a few words, and can speak a little bit, but I have absolutely no writing or reading experience. I would like to dedicate anywhere from 4 to 10 hours a week to the lessons. I would prefer a certified teacher, because I have to take a college language test which will test my abilities in reading, writing, and speaking.

I want to learn arabic because I have to communicate with arabic speakers through my work. I want to be able to speak it well and get a grasp of the language. I have never had lessons in it but I am very interested in starting. My schedule for lessons is rather flexible.

Beginner - I have relatives in Holland and spoke Dutch briefly as a child. I took a semi-private class for one semester but that was a few years ago. We used Taal Vitaal for instruction.
I will be going to live in the Netherlands next year and would like to get a jump start on the language. While I would like live instruction, that doesn't seem possible given where I live.
I want to be able to speak Dutch first and foremost.
I have some time to dedicate but since I work, it would have to be evenings and weekends.
I want an instructor that get help me speak Dutch as quickly as possible.
