My proficiency level is beginner.
I am interested in learning the persian language because I have been around persian people for about five years now and I find the language to be a challenge for me I like the way they address themselves in a very respectful way and since I find myself to continue to be around this foreign language I would love to be able to communicate and carry on conversations with others.
Pa rticular improvement would be grammar, and conversations .
The time I would like to dedicate to my language lessons as much time as possible.
Qualities that I am looking for in the lessons would be to teach me the correct pronunciation ,meaning, approachness, and proper grammar.

I am interested in learning french and am at the beginner level. I have taken language classes in Spanish but not in French. I am learning because I married a French Canadian recently and cannot communicate with my in-laws. I need particular improvement in converstation al french but am also interested in all aspects, including grammar. I would like to start learning in the fall with classes once or twice a week.
In a language teacher I am looking for patience and for someone that uses various teaching methods (visual, auditory, etc.).

We recently moved to Port St. Joe, FL, a small town located in the Florida Panhandle. Our 5 year old daughter went to an international school in the town where we lived prior to this and she had the opportunity to start learning Mandarin Chinese. My husband and I were very supportive of this, she enjoyed it immensely. We are trying to get something started here and I am researching all avenues that I can find. I'd like to learn as well, and have not studied it at all. The town where we live is located about 1 hour away from Panama City, FL. We are trying to find someone or an organization that might be able to help us here? Other parents have expressed interest in having their children learn Mandarin Chinese as well.
