Details: In House/Field Technician at National Optronics Machinery industry December 2005 – Present Provide technical support via telephone and email to customers at all levels of the optical industry. Install new equipment, including configuration, calibration, and training. Connect new equipment to host/laboratory management systems and test communication. Give both user and technical training for operators and lab maintenance personnel. Assist customers to understand and utilize the features of the products. Troubleshoot and repair equipment. Occasionally provide support to customers in Spanish. Successfully traveled internationally to serve customers.
