I am now learning to read and right devanagari. I feel with some guidance I can master that aspect in a very short period of time. I can already recognize many key words in hindi, such as question words who, what, where, when, why, and how. I want to learn Hindi because I will be traveling to India next year and hope it will make the trip easier. I have somewhat of an affinity for language and I don't anticipate that pronunciation will be much of a challenge.
I'm willing to dedicate about three sessions a week to my language lessons. 1-2 hour sessions would be ideal. I'm looking for a teacher who is funny and laid back. I have a slightly different style of learning, and need a teacher who can be flexible with that. I am extremely motivated to learn Hindi.

I would like to learn several languages for career advancement and to live overseas. I am planning to move to Jordan sometime this year and would like to start learning Middle Eastern Arabic. Currently I speak English and Spanish. I know the basics in Portuguese and Italian. I am looking to brush up on those two languages in the future and learn French as well.
